Everything you need to know before joining our membership programme.
All Woodhouse Spa membership plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures you experience the full, cumulative benefits of regular spa treatments on your body and mind. After the initial 3-month period, your membership continues on a month-to-month basis until cancelled.
Yes. After completing your 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your membership at any time with 30 days' written notice. To cancel, simply contact our team by phone at (704) 520-8448 or visit us in person. Any remaining credits at the time of cancellation may be redeemed within 30 days.
We understand life can get in the way. Members may place their membership on hold once per calendar year for a period of up to 2 consecutive months. No charges will be made during the pause period, and your membership will automatically resume at the end of the agreed pause window. Contact us to arrange a pause.
Membership credits are personal and non-transferable — they are tied to your account and must be used by the primary account holder. However, Platinum members do receive one complimentary guest pass per month, which can be used to bring a guest to enjoy a treatment alongside your own visit.
Yes — up to 1 unused treatment credit may roll over to the following month. This prevents you from losing value if you miss a month. Please note that accumulated rollover credits cannot stack beyond 1; we encourage you to book regularly to get the most from your membership.
Your monthly credit applies to any standard 50-minute treatment from our full menu — including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone), facials, and body treatments. Advanced or extended treatments (such as the 80-minute HydraFacial or specialty packages) may be accessed at a discounted member rate with any applicable credit applied towards the cost.
